Inaugurated in 1997, Garbera is located in the popular neighbourhood of Intxaurrondo, and was the first shopping centre in the San Sebastián region. Renovated in 2014, Garbera provides a welcoming atmosphere and offers a large selection of key retailers, such as Zara, Mango, H&M, Sephora and Billabong.

An extension project will be fully delivered in 2023. Surrounded by an idyllic natural environment, the project will add over 25,500 sqm of GLA, 48 new stores and 840 parking spaces. Part of the extension is already open as the dedicated dining plaza with 15 restaurants, from local concepts to international chains and the first premium cinema in San Sebastian. The extension will make Garbera the gateway for new fashion brands moving into northern Spain and create a new dimension of shopping in the Guipuzcoa municipality.
