Our placement opportunities

• For Interns:
  • A 6-month paid opportunity to join a department within the Group to learn all about the commercial real estate business
• For Apprentices:
  • 1, 2 or 3-year contracts within the Group to learn all about the commercial real estate business

     

  Interns and Apprentices who join the program will get the opportunity to:

  • Develop their soft skills, as well as gain operational knowledge about the commercial real estate business.
  • As part of this experience, be accompanied by a tutor throughout their time at URW.
  • Be given challenging and empowering assignments, working independently and with a variety of internal and external stakeholders.
  • Be supported by an HR mentor throughout their internship, who will play a key role in their integration into the group as well as play the role of advisor as regards their career development
  • Join an established community of trainees and apprentices to encourage integration and create a spirit of open learning.
