The Top Employers Institute is the global authority on recognising excellence in people practices. This certification acknowledges companies globally and has certified over 1,600 organisations in 119 countries.
This year’s research revealed that Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield Germany provides exceptional employee conditions, nurtures and develops talent throughout all levels of the organisation and has demonstrated its leadership status in the HR environment, always striving to optimise its employment practices and to develop its employees.
For the second year in a row, our German teams have achieved excellent results in terms of Talent Strategy and Performance Management. The certification also recognises our ambitious efforts in the fields of Talent Acquisition, as well as Career & Succession Management. It particularly highlights the two key talent initiatives of Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield: the Group’s in-house training academy, URW Academy, which supports the professional growth and leadership development of our teams, as well as the International Graduate Program, which gives graduates the chance to gain experience in different business divisions and in various countries across the Atlantic.
